non-stick cooking spray 2cups whole wheat flour 2cups unbleached, all purpose flour ¼cup granulated sugar 2tablespoons baking powder 2teaspoons table salt 1teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 ⅓cup reduced fat milk 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract ¾cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled 4large eggs, lightly beaten 2cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

Lightly coat a Cuisinart Belgian Waffle Maker with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat to Level 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a medium bowl combine the milk, vanilla, butter and eggs. Whisk until completely combined. Whisk into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in blueberries. Pour two cups of batter onto the prepared, preheated waffle maker. Quickly and carefully spread the batter evenly. Close the cover and cook until tone sounds. Serve immediately.
