Winter Warmer Tea

Take your cup of tea to the next level. This simple preparation adds an extra layer of
needed warmth in the winter months.

Ingredients

1 bag rooibos tea
1 cinnamon stick
¼ teaspoon whole allspice
2 cups water
1½ teaspoons honey
1½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Place tea bag, cinnamon stick, allspice and
honey into a large heat-proof container. Add
2 cups of boiling water and allow mixture to
steep for 8 minutes.
2. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
3. Serve immediately.
