Ginger Jasmine Mar-“tea”-ni

Makes two 5-ounce servings


2 ounces chilled jasmine tea 4 ounces vodka 2 ounces ginger simple syrup, chilled (recipe listed under Beverages "Simple Syrup (with variations)") ½ ounce peach schnapps ½ ounce fresh squeezed orange juice (juice from about ½ small orange) ice

Put all ingredients, except for the ice, into the blender jar. Blend on speed 2 to completely combine. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Place cocktail ingredients into the shaker. Shake well and pour evenly between 2 martini glasses. Serve immediately.
