Warranties vary from product to product. Please visit Manuals to view your product’s warranty/manual. The instruction booklet that came with your appliance describes the warranty that applies to your unit.
The date code/serial number is a set of letters and digits printed on each product. You can find the date code/serial number for corded items listed on the plug itself.
The model number can be found inside the Cuisinart informational stamp located on the back or bottom of your appliance.
Cuisinart will not charge you until your item ships. There is a pending authorization placed on your account when your order is submitted. The pending authorization will drop within a few days, depending on the credit card issuing bank. If your order did not process, you will not be charged.
If you received an order that is damaged, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 833-844-6428 within 5 days of delivery.
