3½ cups whole milk
4 teaspoons cocoa powder
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped (may use chocolate chips)

Instructions

1. Insert Stirring Paddle. Add 3½ cups milk into the work bowl. Secure the Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place.
2. The cooking time is set for 8 minutes at 285°F on Speed 2.
3. When milk is hot and foamy on the top, but not boiling, add 4 teaspoons cocoa powder and 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped.
4. Secure Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set for 22 minutes at 170°F on Speed 2.
5. Serve immediately.
