36 thin asparagus spears
6 slices prosciutto
¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

1.Preheat oven or grill to 400° Fahrenheit, and lightly grease a large baking pan with olive oil.
2.Cut or snap off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
3.Wash and pat the asparagus dry.
4.Cut prosciutto lengthwise in half.
5.Pick-up three asparagus spears, and wrap them in one (half) slice of prosciutto, making sure to leave the asparagus heads exposed.
6.Place wrapped asparagus in a single layer on the baking pan and put in the oven or grill.
7.Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 4-5 min, turning asparagus over midway.
8.Asparagus is ready when it’s still bright green, and when the prosciutto is crispy.
9.Remove from oven/grill, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and Feta, and serve.
