Makes about 5 cups
3cups extra virgin olive oil
4cups sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil; drained)
1½cups fresh basil leaves
¼teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1∕3cup grated Pecorino Romano
¾teaspoon sea salt
3tablespoons white vinegar
