Fruit and Nut Granola

Ingredients

3cups rolled oats ⅓cup pecans ⅓cup hazelnuts 2tablespoons flax seeds 2tablespoons vegetable oil 2tablespoons honey ¼teaspoon kosher salt ⅓cup light or dark brown sugar ¼teaspoon ground cinnamon ½teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½cup golden raisins ½cup dried cranberries

Instructions

Preheat a Cuisinart toaster oven to 300°F. Line provided baking pan with parchment paper or tin foil; reserve. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, flax seeds, vegetable oil, honey, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Toss to completely combine. Spread mixture on prepared baking pan. Place in preheated oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until browned and fragrant. Stir mixture every 15 minutes. Remove granola from oven and add dried fruit; toss to combine. Cool on wire rack.
