Watermelon-Mint Refresher

This summery drink doesn’t require any extra liquid to blend—the watermelon is watery enough.


Makes 2 cups


1          cup frozen strawberries

1          tablespoon fresh mint leaves

2          cups chopped watermelon, cut into ½-inch pieces
