Makes about 19 cups
Nonstick cooking spray
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
2 dashes hot sauce
16 cups popped popcorn
¾ cup mini pretzels or pretzel sticks
2 cups roasted mixed nuts
Pinch kosher salt

1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line two rimmed baking
sheets with foil, and spray liberally with
nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a small mixing bowl, stir the oil with the
Worcestershire, paprika, oregano, garlic, and
hot sauce until fully combined.
3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the popcorn with
the pretzels and nuts. Drizzle with the oil and
toss until well coated. Sprinkle with the pinch
of salt.
4. Divide the popcorn between the two prepared
baking sheets. Bake for about 20 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
5. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl. Serve
immediately
