Triple Chip Brownie Bites

Chock full of three types of chocolate morsels, these tasty little treats are cut into 1-inch squares, making them a perfect pick-up dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch process)
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • ⅔ cup milk chocolate morsels
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Coat a Cuisinart® Roast/Bake Pan of 13" x 9" x 2" with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Place the flour, cocoa powder and salt in the work bowl of a Cuisinart® Food Processor fitted with the metal blade. Process 10 seconds to combine. Remove and reserve. 
  3. Add the sugars to the work bowl. Pulse 10 times, the process 15 seconds to blend and remove all lumps from the brown sugar. With the machine running, add the butter in a slow steady stream, process 30 seconds until thick. Add the eggs and vanilla, process 10 seconds to blend. Scrape the work bowl. 
  4. Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the sugar mixture, then top with the morsels. Pulse until just combined, about 10 times. 
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake in the preheated 350°F oven for about 25 - 28 minutes, until the top is shiny and beginning to crack. 
  6. Cool on a rack completely before cutting. Cut into 48 brownies.
