Beat the heat with this light drink.
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 cucumbers (8oz), peeled and seeded, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 7 cups of 1" cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves

- Put all the ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge® 1000 Watt Blender. Cover and run on High for 45 seconds. Turn the power off and serve.
Note: For a colorful twist, blend the cucumber and half the lime in one cup and the watermelon and remaining lime in another. Slowly pour the cucumber mix down the side of a glass to layer it over the pink watermelon mix.
