Breakfast Banana Berry Smoothie

Makes 3-1/2 cups

The perfect breakfast when you are on the run

Ingredients

1½ cup orange juice or soy milk½ cup yogurt, fat-free vanilla 1 frozen banana 1 cup fresh strawberries 1 cup frozen berries (raspberry or strawberry) 1 tablespoon protein powder (soy or whey)

Preparation

1. Place ingredients in blender jar attachment in order listed. 2. Place cover on blender jar. Turn to speed 12 and press ON. Blend for about 20-30 seconds until smooth.
