Be sure to use fresh, ripe mangoes. The better the mango, the better the frozen yogurt.
*If you do not have a cheesecloth, you can use a couple of layered paper towels. Also, a thick nonfat plain Greek style yogurt can work in place of the regular variety. The Greek yogurt would not need to be strained.

While part-skim or fat-free yogurt can be substituted, to get the real flavor and richness of this frozen yogurt it is best to use the whole milk variety.
Substitute your favorite frozen fruit if desired; plus, top with fresh fruit diced in your Cuisinart®food processor.
