Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • ¼cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch fine sea salt
  • 3tablespoons whole milk (or any alternative milk)
  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1tablespoon brightly colored rainbow sprinkles

Preparation

  1. 1. Lightly coat the interior of a microwave-safe coffee mug (at least 10
  2. ounces in capacity) with the nonstick cooking spray. Using a paper
  3. towel, blot away any excess oil.
  4. 2. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into the mug. Using a fork,
  5. stir well to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until wellmixed without any dry clumps.
  6. 3. Put into the oven, select Microwave and set the time for 1 minute 20
  7. seconds and the power level to High (10P). Press Start. Let sit in the
  8. oven for a minute before removing.
  9. 4. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoying.
