Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup packed baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1cup dairy-free milk
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
Preparation
- Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup. Secure blade assembly.
- Run on High until smooth, about 1 minute and 15 seconds.
- Serve immediately
