Ingredients
- 1½cups unsweetened soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)
- ½cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1banana, quartered
- 1frozen banana, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1½cups mixed frozen berries
- 2tablespoons protein powder
- 2tablespoons honey (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Put the ingredients in the order listed, into the blender jar.
- 2. Blend on the Smoothie function.
- 3. Serve immediately.
