Ingredients

  • 1½cups unsweetened soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)
  • ½cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1banana, quartered
  • 1frozen banana, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1½cups mixed frozen berries
  • 2tablespoons protein powder
  • 2tablespoons honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Put the ingredients in the order listed, into the blender jar.
  2. 2. Blend on the Smoothie function.
