Ingredients

  • 1½cups coconut milk
  • ¼cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1cup steamed sweet potato pieces
  • 2frozen bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation

  1. 1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure the cover.
  2. 2. Secure the blender jar to the base and run on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
