Blueberry Acai Smoothie
Makes about 3 cups
Here is a smoothie loaded with antioxidants. Customize it by adding protein powder or your favorite powdered supplements.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ avocado
- ¼ teaspoon fresh lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 packet (3.5 ounces) frozen açai, thawed for about 10 minutes, then broken into pieces
- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed.
- Cover and blend on SMOOTHIE.
- Serve immediately.
