Blueberry Acai Smoothie

Makes about 3 cups

Here is a smoothie loaded with antioxidants. Customize it by adding protein powder or your favorite powdered supplements.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 packet (3.5 ounces) frozen açai, thawed for about 10 minutes, then broken into pieces
  • 2 cups frozen wild blueberries

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed.
  2. Cover and blend on SMOOTHIE.
  3. Serve immediately.
