Ingredients
- 1 small garlic clove
- 3 ripe avocados, about 3 cups pulp
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Insert metal blade in food processor. With machine on, drop garlic clove through feed tube to chop.
- Scrape work bowl and add the avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pulse 15 times to achieve a chunky guacamole or if creamy is desired process until ingredients are well blended.
- Serve with chips.
