1pound unsalted butter
Preparation
- Put butter into a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan over
medium heat. Heat until completely liquefied and clear. - Skim foam and milk solids off the top of the melted butter. Remove from heat.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
