Ingredients

  • 1small garlic clove, peeled
  • ⅓cup red wine vinegar
  • 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½teaspoon oregano
  • ¼teaspoon basil
  • 1teaspoon honey
  • 4ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼cup low-fat, plain yogurt
  • ¼cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. 1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
  2. Secure the blade assembly.
  3. 2. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. 3. Let dressing stand for 20 to 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  5. 4. Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until ready to use.
