Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked short-grain brown rice, warm
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Kosher salt
  • Salsa
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation
