Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 tablespoon raw, unsalted cashews
- 1 to 2 kale leaves, hard stems removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- ½ cup seedless green grapes
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup coconut water, chilled
Preparation
- 1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the travel cup. Secure blade assembly.
- 2. Run on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
- 3. Serve immediately.
