Ingredients
- 1½cups water
- ¼lemon, peeled, white pith removed and seeded
- ¼ to ½ounce (½ to 1-inch piece) ginger, peeled
- ½green apple, cored, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1carrot, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1beet, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4ice cubes, plus more for serving
Preparation
- Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender. Secure lid.
- Press Turbo to pulse and break up ingredients, about 4 to 5 times.
Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. - Serve cold over ice.
