Ingredients
- ½cup frozen blueberries
- ½cup baby kale
- 6mint leaves
- ¼teaspoon lime zest
- 1½-inch piece ginger
- 1ripe banana, broken into 2 to 3 pieces
- ½cup coconut milk
Preparation
- 1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
