This vibrant smoothie bowl is high in antioxidants, making it a healthy way to kick off your day!
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut water
- 2 cups frozen dragon fruit
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- 1banana
- Toppings
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
Preparation
- Put the coconut water, dragon fruit, mango, blueberries, and banana, in the order listed, into the blender jar.
- Blend on the Smoothie function.
- Pour into a bowl and top with the kiwi, blueberries, and coconut.
