Ingredients
- ¾ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 mango, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
- 1 ripe persimmon, cut into 1-inch pieces*
- 1 kiwi, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
Preparation
Put ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed. Run on High until smooth, about 40 seconds. Serve immediately. *If persimmon is not available, any other ripe fruit can be substituted (mango, papaya, pineapple, etc).
