Ingredients

4small ears fresh corn2tablespoons unsalted butter, softened½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1. Fit the Cuisinart® Griddler® Combo with the grill plates and preheat both to high. 2. Brush each ear of corn with softened butter; sprinkle with pepper. 3. Once the grill is preheated, evenly place the corn on the grill plates. Grill corn, turning every 3 to 3½ minutes, for 20 to 22 minutes in total, being sure that each side of the corn is grilled.
