Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 mL) red wine, like Garnacha or Tempranillo
- ⅓ cup Grand Marnier or other citrus-flavored liqueur
- 1 small peach, pitted
- 1 mango, peeled and pit removed
Preparation
- 1. In a large pitcher or glass serving bowl, combine the bottle of red wine and ⅓ cup Grand Marnier. Reserve.
- 2. Insert the Dicing Assembly. Secure the Food Processor Lid.
- 3. Dice 1 small, pitted peach, 1 mango, peeled and pit removed and a halved and cored small apple, on Speed 11.
- 4. Add the fruit to the wine mixture. If time allows, let sit overnight so the flavors can develop.
