The combination of strawberries and vanilla yogurt make a tangy and sweet base for this
bowl. Add favorite toppings to the ones that are recommended.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ¼ cup milk (any type, dairy or non)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh fruit or berries

Preparation

  1. Put the frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt with the rice milk into the mixing beaker. 
  2. Make sure the blender blade is completely submerged in the mixture and blend well by using a gentle up-and-down motion until smooth, about 45 seconds. 
  3. Top with walnuts, coconut, and fresh fruit. 
  4. Enjoy!
