Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup milk (any type, dairy or non)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- ¼ cup sliced fresh fruit or berries
Preparation
- Put the frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt with the rice milk into the mixing beaker.
- Make sure the blender blade is completely submerged in the mixture and blend well by using a gentle up-and-down motion until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Top with walnuts, coconut, and fresh fruit.
