Matcha is a finely ground, green tea powder, the focus of Japanese tea ceremonies. Here it lends its unique flavor to this cool, green “latté,” the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 2cups rice milk
  • 1tablespoon matcha
  • 1tablespoon agave nectar
  • 6ice cubes, plus more for serving

Preparation

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid.2. Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.3. Serve immediately over ice for the frostiest beverage.
