Ingredients
- 1cup whole milk
- 1cup heavy cream
- 5teaspoons instant espresso
- 1 to 2tablespoons granulated sugar, optional
- 12ice cubes
- ¼teaspoon ground cinnamon, for serving
Preparation
- Put milk, heavy cream, espresso and sugar, if using, into the blender jar
in the order listed. Secure lid. - Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend for 10 seconds.
- Add ice cubes to the blender jar. Secure lid.
- Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until fully smooth and homogenous, about 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
