This rich coffee drink is creamy and loaded with flavor.
The sugar is optional, based on your preference.

Ingredients

  • 1cup whole milk
  • 1cup heavy cream
  • 5teaspoons instant espresso
  • 1 to 2tablespoons granulated sugar, optional
  • 12ice cubes
  • ¼teaspoon ground cinnamon, for serving

Preparation

  1. Put milk, heavy cream, espresso and sugar, if using, into the blender jar
    in the order listed. Secure lid.
  2. Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend for 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender jar. Secure lid.
  4. Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until fully smooth and homogenous, about 30 seconds.
  5. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
