Ingredients
- 1½cup mixed fruit, fresh or frozen
- ½banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½cup juice (use your favorite)
Preparation
- 1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the
- mixing beaker.
- 2. Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
- 3. Serve immediately
