Ingredients
- 1cup frozen, dark, sweet cherries
- 1½- to 1-inch piece fresh ginger,
- peeled
- ¼teaspoon lime zest
- ½cup coconut or rice milk
Preparation
- 1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the
- mixing beaker.
- 2. Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
