Ingredients

½cup soy sauce2 tablespoons rice vinegar2teaspoons minced ginger4drops sesame oilpinch crushed red pepper (optional)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix. Serve with fried wontons. (Recipe listed under Appetizers).
