Salami & Swiss Panini




• 2 sandwich rolls sliced open, lightly buttered on crust side
• 8 slices salami
• ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
• 4 thin slices of tomato
• Mustard

1. Build sandwich by spreading top and bottom of roll with mustard.
2. Layer ⅛ cup cheese, 4 slices salami, 2 slices tomato and another ⅛ cup cheese on roll. Repeat with other roll.
3. Place on heated panini press and cook until cheese is melted and rolls are lightly toasted.
