Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Searing over a high heat grill seals in flavor and creates a perfectly charred crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/4-pound pork tenderloin (one whole tenderloin)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation

Preheat grill on High for 5 minutes.

Remove any silver skin from top of pork tenderloin.

Rub oil all over pork tenderloin.

Season pork tenderloin by generously coating all sides with salt and pepper.

Sear each side of pork for 2-3 minutes to create a crust.

Reduce heat to medium-low and grill for 10-15 minutes to internal temperature of 155°F.

Rest tenderloin for 5 minutes before slicing.
