Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil juice from one lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (pounded to ½- to ¾-inch thickness)

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dried herbs and spices together in a mixing bowl the chicken and toss to coat . Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

  3. Once preheated, place chicken breasts on the lower half of the grill . Close and grill until cooked through and juices run clear (about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken) .
