Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil juice from one lemon
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (pounded to ½- to ¾-inch thickness)

Plate side : Grill
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dried herbs and spices together in a mixing bowl the chicken and toss to coat . Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- While chicken is marinating, insert the plates on the grill side .Preheat Cuisinart® Griddler® Compact to High
- Once preheated, place chicken breasts on the lower half of the grill . Close and grill until cooked through and juices run clear (about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken) .
