Nutcracker Sweets

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cold strong espresso or coffee
  • 1 ½ ounces hazelnut liqueur (Frangelico)
  • 1 ½ ounces crème de cacao
  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream*
  • 4 ice cubes unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped toasted hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Place cold espresso, both liqueurs, and ice cream in Cuisinart® SmartPower Premier™ Blender jar. Cover.
  2. Press ON. Press High and blend for 20 seconds. 
  3. Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
