Ingredients
- 3 medium/large ripe bananas, each broken into 4 pieces
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered, about 3 cups
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pound frozen mango
- 3 cups orange-peach-mango juice or orange juice
Preparation
- 1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 3 ripe bananas, broken into 4 pieces, 1 pound of strawberries, hulled and quartered, 1 pint blueberries and 1 pound frozen mango, in that order, into the work bowl.
- 2. Secure the Cooking Lid. Pulse the fruit to chop, about 10 long pulses.
- 3. The processor is set to blend for 45 seconds on Speed 12.
- 4. With the unit running on Speed 8, pour the juice through the Steam Vent until well blended, about 45 seconds.
- 5. The processor is set to blend for 20 seconds on Speed 12.
