Ingredients
- 1cup chilled liquid (water, milk, etc.)
- 2tablespoons protein powder
- 2teaspoons unsweetened nut butter
- 1teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1teaspoon liquid sweetener (honey, agave, stevia, or maple syrup)
Preparation
- 1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
- Secure the blade assembly.
- 2. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- 3. Serve over ice.
