Ingredients

  • Ice
  • ½ cup pistachio milk
  • 2 tablespoons store-bought pistachio syrup
  • Ground espresso for a double shot

Preparation

  1. Fill a large glass with ice and add the milk and pistachio syrup.
  2. Brew a double espresso, using the cold extraction program, over top.
  3. Stir well and serve immediately.
