Goji Superfood Smoothie

Makes about 3½ cups

Goji berries have been touted for a variety of health benefits, making them a true superfood. Adding some to your morning smoothie with some extra protein and a bit of fat from almond butter provides extended energy to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries (or 1 tablespoon goji berry powder)
  • 1 banana, halved
  • 1 packet (3.5 ounces) frozen dragon fruit

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed.
  2. Cover and blend on SMOOTHIE.
  3. Serve immediately.
