Frozen Watermelon Moscow Mule
Makes about 5 cups
The addition of watermelon makes this the ultimate refreshing cocktail for hot days.
Ingredients
- ½ cup vodka
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 2½ cups cubed watermelon, frozen
- 2 cups ice
- Pinch sea salt
- ½ cup ginger beer
- Mint leaves, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
Preparation
- Put the vodka, lime juice, watermelon, ice, and salt into the blender jar in the order listed.
- Cover and blend on COCKTAIL-FINE.
- Divide between two glasses and top each with ¼ cup ginger beer. Garnish with mint leaves and lime. Serve immediately.
