Makes about 4 cups

It doesn’t get much easier than this cocktail. It’s the perfect treat for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rosé wine
  • ¼ cup simple syrup*
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

*Simple syrup is equal parts sugar and water cooked over low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed.
  2. Cover and blend on COCKTAIL-COARSE.
  3. Serve immediately.
