6 roma tomatoes
½ small red onion
½ cup cilantro
1 small jalapeno
small can crushed pineapple
salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado
dollop of sour cream
corn chips
celery sticks

Instructions
use tomato scoop to remove stem. cut romas in half. Spoon out seeds and discard. chop tomatoes. Chop onion finely chop cilantro leaves and stems. Cut jalapeno in half and remove seeds. Chop finely. Add all ingredients, except avocado. Mix well, cover and chill 1 hour. Decorate Salsa with slices of avocado in sunburst pattern. Place sour cream in middle of dip. Serve with corn chips and celery sticks.
