Instructions
Insert the Stirring Paddle. Add ⅔ cup heavy cream, ⅓ cup each light corn syrup and packed light brown sugar, ¼ cup sifted cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Secure the Cooking Lid with the Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set to 10 minutes at 250°F on Speed 4.
