1. Put tea bags into an 8-ounce mug. Put
at least 8 ounces of water into your kettle
and select the Black setting. Pour 2 ounces
of the hot water over the tea bags and let
steep 10 to 15 minutes.
2. While the water is heating, bring the half &
half and vanilla to a boil in a medium
saucepan set over medium heat. Once the
mixture comes to a boil, stir in the spices,
ginger and zest. Let the mixture simmer
10 to 15 minutes.
3. Once the tea has steeped, fully squeeze
out tea from tea bags, reserving the tea
and discarding the bags. Add the steeped
tea to the half & half mixture.
4. Strain mixture into an 8-ounce mug and
stir in honey.
