The Cuisinart® 2-in-1 Meat Trimmer is a quick and safe way to trim large cuts of meat! By removing the excess fat the cut of meat will cook more evenly, it will help reduce the risk of flare-ups, and will help to make the cut of meat leaner. The ergonomic handle has a cutting blade attached and slices through meat easily, speeding up the time it takes to trim the fat. This tool isn’t just for carving away the Fatcap, it also includes a Silver Skin Lifter to get between the silver skin and rib meat, making the removal process easier. Once done, this tool can be placed in the dishwasher for an easy clean-up! Comes with three replacement blades and a blade cover for safe storage.
